Pretty Much Yeah is an IPA we first brewed with our good friends at Gigantic Brewing in Portland, America. Brewer Ben Love said, "I want to make an IPA with Lactose in it". So we did that. Lactose, aka Milk Sugar, is not fermentable by brewer's yeast and therefore leaves a creamy sweetness in the beer, but it is much less sweet than sucrose and many other sugars. We also dry-hop this with loads of Galaxy, which is one of our favourite hops. Or favorite hops, if you're American and you spell things incorrectly.
