Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased and returned within the best before date
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product has not been consumed completely

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Return to the retail outlet located at 1638 10 Ave SW T3C 0J5 with your spoiled or unsatisfactory product and present to a sales associate to assess refundability.

Spoiled items

If you received a spoiled product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
