Gérard Bertrand is committed to the preservation of biodiversity and wine landscapes, and invites you to discover the Change range, which comes from vineyards converted to organic farming. Choosing Change is a civic act that allows you to support committed winegrowers. It is also the guaranteed pleasure of intense and fruity wines, with a generous and gourmet palate.
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and vatted in stainless steel tanks. The alcoholic fermentation takes place under temperature control to extract a maximum of fruit from the skins. During the maceration phase, regular pumping over is carried out to extract aromas, tannins and colour. After malolactic fermentation, part of the wine is aged in 225 litre Bordeaux barrels for approximately 8 months, bringing out the melted tannins, the other part being put into stainless steel tanks to bring aromatic complexity to the blend. After a light fining, the wine is bottled.
