Two ingredients, both alike in dignity. In fair Vienna, where we brew our beer. From ancient style to new recipe. For never was a story of less woe than this beer and its drinker’s glow.
This will be round two of this bomb of a cranberry sour. Big juicy cranberry with supporting orange peel – no vanilla this year in this very refreshing holiday inspired beer.
This Sour is conditioned on both prickly pear and lime puree. Prickly pear is a fruit that we found tastes more like watermelon than actual watermelon does when added to beer. After conditioning on fruit we added a dose of watermelon flavor to really brin
Citra & Sabro Pale Ale Isn't there anywhere to park in this town? No. That's how we keep the local population down. Brewing this Pale was the easy part, so we'll close 'em and you open 'em. This one's for the buds here and gone - and the renegades that

German pilsner is characteristically dry and hoppy with a nice background bitterness. Ours is a classic example of the style brewed with Pilsner malt and hopped with Saphir and Spalt Select. 5% ABV
This pale ale will likely come across more like a session IPA than most pale ales in the market. We kept the malt profile light so that the hops could shine. 5% ABV
