It was brewed with El Dorado and Citra utilising both of these hops in both stages of the dry hop – during and post fermentation. This hop combo delivers a lovely combo of watermelon candy and bright citrus.
Fermented with house ale yeast and dry hopped with Nelson and Citra Hops. Nelson from New Zealand contributes a lovely white grape and tropical fruit note which is complimented by lovely orange character provided by the addition of Citra.

This Helles style lager was brewed with Weyerman Barke pilsner malt and hopped with Magnum and Mittelfruh. This lager is designed to be incredibly clean and drinkable typically with a more pronounced malt character and subtle hop presence and bitterness.

IPA is made in the east coast style. This style of IPA is characterized by a light malt profile with a big pulpy body that is there to complement the intense juicy character coming from the hops. 6.7% ABV
